Our Working Methodology

Definition: - This is the inception phase where we gather information on the requirements of the software and analyze to produce a complete and unambiguous requirement of what the software will do, resources needed and a phase plan showing dates of major milestones

Design: - During this phase we identify the carious components within the software and the relationships between the components. The detailed implementation of each component is also specified

Development: - Each component is coded and tested to verify that it faithfully implements the detailed design

Debugging: - Various tests are applied and witnessed to validate that software faithfully implements the specifies requirements

Deployment: - The developed application is deployed in the real environment, tested and delivered to the customer

Project Tracking and Success Evaluation: - We have a system in our development centre, which helps us track the project execution on an hourly basis. Thus we are in a position to track the project timeline and report deviations (if any)

Generally we tend to include stage-wise iterations within the project plan so as to ascertain project success

Project Communication: - We have been using standard Internet services for instant project communication. The formal exchange of the project documentation / deliverables is always through email or FTP

Seven ‘ING’ steps to reality

DETAILING: a joint session(s) with the client

DEFINING: asserting the scalability of project, the client profile and the target audience

DESIGNING: gamut and Layouts of the project is finalized, along with other formalities

CONFORMING: letter of Intend (LOI)” from the client

DEVELOPING: building the application in progressive phases

TESTING: follow-up action in terms of close monitoring of the system

INSTALLING: installed a comprehensive installation and instruction is extended to the client
